Our wood has already been naturally weathered for hundreds of years. Some simple maintenance is all that it takes to keep your piece looking beautiful:
All Natural Wood Rub (Beeswax-based rub-on wood conditioner). We like Swilley's All Natural Wood Rub because it contains no petroleum by-products, is non-toxic, and is made from all natural waxes (beeswax, carnauba wax), nut oils (coconut, almond, walnut oils) and orange oil. We find that it conditions the wood perfectly, keeping its natural feel with a matte finish that enhances and protects the wood grain.
Water based Satin finishes/sealant options: Clear, Antique or Walnut. We suggest water-based as it cleans up easily with soap and water; it also adds a delicate shine to your piece.
